Apart from sore shoulders ( work related ), there appears to be no other problems from Saturday's run at Six Foot Track. Quad soreness has gone, just a little fatigue remains, nothing a couple of good night's sleep won't fix.
Rode bike to work this morning, home at lunch time as easy as I could. Low gears, no fast or hard peddling. Car back to Pine Is after lunch.
Short slow jog on level surface, more a roll the legs over to see how I would feel. After first 500 metres, the cogs freed up a little, the rest felt Ok.
Spent 10 minutes in the river, about same temp as Cox's on Saturday. Really good active recovery day. May try a little longer tomorrow.
