Thursday:
Distance:  19.45 km
Time: 1 hr 52 mins 48 secs
Rate: 5' 48" per km
Elevation gain/loss: 300 metres
Weather: sun/cloud, temp range 18-22 degrees, humidity 55%, wind calm
Week:  60.25 kms, Nov: 294.75 km,  Year: 2665.00 kms

A night shift mid week hilly run from home to the Theodore sub station. Then a circuit around Tuggeranong Hill going over the ridge to Conder, then back to the sub station.
The return back home via Calwell oval and shops is easier than going out. Some good speed going back making up for the tough up hill around Tuggie Hill.
An enjoyable run today, felt Ok, and so it should only a couple of weeks out from an ultra.
As Ewen noted, Calwell oval in top shape, grass surface is beautiful and great for running. Just needs enough water to maintain as it is, and cut regularly during summer.
