Never let a chance go by. Easy at work this morning, every one turned up, so I had little to do.
A chance to get out while the weather held, a comfortable run around the back of Bonython houses including that steep hill at the Woodcock Dr end. It's a bugger, looks reasonable, but it's not.
Ran better than the time suggests, happy to be able to trot along without actually needing to focus on a purpose. A little more sunshine would be nice.
Finished with an hour in the gym. The session went well, and I'm starting to feel some benefit, even if it doesn't show. That's not the purpose.
I had to work late this afternoon, but that was a nice pleasant drive with not many about. Must be still in the shops or buying on-line. Or not buying at all.
