Sunday distance nil, Monday distance nil, neither by choice but that's life. Brother visiting from Tassie over the weekend plus replacing storm damaged phones meant Sunday was a rest, but it usually is anyway.
Today, back at work after 2 weeks off meant being at work before CJ had started her early morning run. Then, instead of an easy 10km late in the afternoon, someone decides not to come to work so worked back to take 80 kids home.
Too easy to lose interest in running after that so did nothing, tapering can an excuse for opting out without feeling guilty. As Strewth said, take it easy, so I did.
Tomorrow, must go for a short run at lunch time. Of course, riding mtn bike to work and back home doesn't count.
