Another nice day to add some easy kms to the bank. However, as wise ultra runner Phibes says, "there is no such thing as junk kms", they all count and go in the bank.
Nothing to report, beaut morning to be out and about. No one else about except some school kids who have finished for the year.

You'll have to do something dramatic to catch Softshoe. I haven't added mine up but I'm guessing it would be a low for recent years.
