Excellent morning for an easy recovery run to Pine Is and back. Nothing but sunshine, few others about to enjoy the day.
Stopped at the river at Pine Is to stand in the cool water for 5 minutes to soothe sore quads from yesterday on the mountain. Felt good afterwards on the easy trip back home.
Gardening this afternoon, should be a nice if the wind stays away.
