A Sudden Change

Managed to get out for a short run between the showers & during a police training exercise inside the depot. Much fuss & disruption all day, thankfully a one off.
Nothing to write about the running, cold strong westerly wind after a warm morning turned sour. Took in the small hills behind Bonython houses, all Ok.
Hope for a better chance to run later in the week.
