Easy Does It, then Thunder

Another nothing type run just to get out into the fresh air. The dark clouds with thunder were threatening, but didn't produce any rain.
Simple run to the river and back, stopped for 10 nice minutes in the cool water.
Tried to get some gym time in but a bus breakdown put that to an end. A trip with a full load of Christmas shoppers soon made we realise it's that time of year.
