I would think most long distance runners would exceed my daily total today. They would be either training for a marathon or doing the 12 hour tonight at Stromlo.
Today, I ran to Pine Is and Point Hut and back home. The river is roaring with flood water from recent day's rain.
Now to get ready for an all night session helping out at Stromlo 12 hour. Thunderstorms again tonight, when will we get a proper summer ?

Mrs M is following a plan to get her to the G at the Melbourne Marathon. Nothing that secret - running daily and a 5k race Tuesday arvo.
