Waited till it was a bit warmer to run today. It was almost 24 hours since I finished the longer run yesterday, recovery time.
Ran down to Pine Is from home, heaps of people about enjoying the sunshine. Stopped for 10 minutes to stand in the river at Pine Is. Water cool but nice on legs.
Felt Ok today, no problems considering a 54.5 km running weekend.
